Mariana Agen kapal uap, Inc didirikan pada bulan Juni 1996 sebagai perusahaan patungan antara Kyowa Line (USA) Ltd dan Saipan Pengiriman Company, Inc Perusahaan ini berbasis dari Guam, Amerika Serikat di Pasifik Barat.
. Mariana Agen kapal uap memberikan jasa keagenan penuh skala umum termasuk kapal husbanding, layanan kapal, dan kapal chandling.
Divisi ini perusahaan yang terlibat di laut dan angkutan udara forwarding dan bisnis logistik.

MSA Logistics occupies a 10,000 square Customs Bonded warehouse located in Harmon Industrial Park, Guam.
Fully secured warehouse facility with perimeter fence, surveillance cameras and round the clock monitored alarm system.

Business owners, workman's compensation, and automobile insurance coverage.
Freight forwarding and shipping agency insurance coverage through International Transport Intermediaries Club, Ltd. (ITIC)

MSAL Logistics operates one of only five customs bonded warehouses on Guam. As a customs bonded warehouse, we provide container freight station cargo un-stuffing services to various shipping lines including NYK-Hinode Line, Kyowa Shipping Co., Ltd., and Saipan Shipping Co.
As the transshipment hub of Micronesia, cargo originating from the U.S. mainland and Asia are consolidated on Guam for on carriage to the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau. MSA Logistics provide cargo consolidation services for outbound consolidated container shipments from Guam to the islands of Chuuk, Pohnpie, Kosrae, Yap, Palau, and Majuro.
Warehousing and Distribution
MSA Logistics provides a full range of warehousing and distribution services for our clients. Our services include cargo clearing and transportation, cargo un-stuffing, palletizing, segregation, and storage.
Once the cargo is in our care and control, we provide vendor management services including inventory tracking for incoming and outgoing merchandise, document management and reporting services.
We provide merchandise pick and pull and merchandise delivery service to anywhere on Guam. Other services include merchandise stacking and display and delivery point.
Our goal is to provide our clients with the benefit of outsourcing warehousing and delivery services for the purpose of providing efficiency and lowered total costs.
New Warehouse Facility
MSA Logistics is currently in the process of constructing a 20,000 square foot fully concrete warehouse facility located at the Guam International Airport and will have the following security features:

All employees of MSA Logistics are required to submit police clearance screening.

Cargo Clearance and Delivery Services
We provide a complete range of customs and documentations clearance services for inbound and outbound cargo.
We provide the services of import duties and tax form preparation and submission to customs.
We provide the service of preparation of Shipper's Export Declaration forms.
We provide a complete range pickup and delivery services for full container, less-than-container, and bulk cargo deliveries.
Project Management and Logistics Services
Project Management provides one of the most challenging of the logistics service processes. MSA Logistics has the expertise in this area. Our in the experience in this specialized area of the logistics business enables us to handle any project regardless of the size and scope.
One of the most notable projects that we handled was 87 megawatt Piti Power Plant construction project. As the logistics provider, we handled and coordinated the clearance, staging, and delivery more than 70 container loads and over 20,000 revenue tons of cargo for this project.

MSA Logistics is the logistics provider for the Australia-Japan Cable System Project in conjunction with Nippon Electronic Corporation (NEC), Alcatel-Lucent Japan Ltd., EGS (Asia) Ltd., and WEN International Ltd.
We handle the clearance, staging, and delivery of all inbound shipments of fiber optic cable and communications equipment for the AT&T cable stations on Guam. We also handle the outbound shipments of communications equipment from Guam that are being returned for repair or replacement.

MSA Logistics provides weekly LCL cargo consolidation services from Long Beach and San Leandro, California to Guam and Saipan, CNMI. Logistik MSA menyediakan layanan mingguan kargo LCL konsolidasi dari Long Beach dan San Leandro, California ke Guam dan Saipan, CNMI.
